- Picture in high resolution of all pages of the passport, including, front cover page and the last cover
- Resident permit, if you have or a valid Visa to enter in Denmark. You can get married in Denmark if you have tourist visa or any other type of valid visa to enter in Denmark.
- Signed form of “Declaration of Marriage”and Power of Attorney. The forms is available on our website as well. The Declaration of Marriage form shares your marital status.
That’ it! If you are a German resident, then you can very easy provide one additional document that the Danish authorities would like to have if possible: An “Erweiterte Meldebescheinigung”. This document proofs your civil status as well as your address in Germany. This is only for couples residing in Germany.
