Denmark is a beautiful country and it has some stunning wedding locations. That is the reason many foreign couples choose to get married in Denmark. Today, we will share an impressive romantic wedding of a cross nationality couple who got married in a romantic wedding arrangement organized by us.
Zulfa, a bride from Ghana and Scott, a groom from Scotland decided to get married in Denmark. They contacted us to arrange their wedding. Our Founder, Lisbeth, took it up from there and gave quick responses to educate them about the wedding process in Denmark for foreign couples. She also handled the paperwork verification process to arrange a destination wedding for this couple.
This Ghanaian and Scottish couple came all the way from Ghana to say their “I Do´s” in Denmark.
They had chosen a romantic wedding package. They wanted to have their wedding in a beautiful garden with their twenty-five close friends and family members. We suggested they Comwell Borupgaard hotel in Elsinore. The couple and their family stayed in the same hotel.
On the wedding day, we had prepared a fine-looking surrounding with a specially ordered and decorated rose leaves. We had created a beautiful avenue of rose leaves. We used a combination of white and green flowers like large White Roses, Branch Roses, Bridal Veil, White Peonies, and Gerbera to decorate the whole site. The bridesmaids were looking stunning in their pink Kente sash, which is a world famous clothing style from Ghana. The groom and other men were in a Scottish kilt. The whole arrangement was creating a feeling of a Hollywood movie.
Zulfa, a gorgeous bride, walked along the aisle made into a beautiful park. She accompanied with emotional background tones played by a Scottish Bagpiper. What a wonderful sight it was!
The couple said their “I Dos” in a civil marriage ceremony in Denmark.
After the wedding, this couple raised a toast for the beginning of a new life. Also, they cut the wedding cake, which was specially ordered for them. After the marriage ceremony, the couple threw a reception party with a delicious dinner at the same hotel.
It was one of the most memorable weddings!
